Highlands Ranch, Colorado-based Kodiak Building Partners says it has acquired Shepley Wood Products, a company that serves professional builders, architects, designers and homeowners in southern Massachusetts.
Tony Shepley will remain in his role as president with the company once the acquisition closes, Kodiak said.
Shepley will also join the Retail Lumber and Gypsum Group of Kodiak and will report to Pat Flood, the executive vice president of Kodaik’s Retail Lumber and Gypsum Group.
Steve Swinney, Kodiak CEO and president, said Shepley Wood Products’ “top-down culture made the company an attractive acquisition prospect.”
Kodiak ranked 10th on MDM’s Top Distributors list for building materials and construction, with $1.8 billion in 2020 revenue.
