JanSan and foodservice supply distributor Imperial Dade recently acquired an Ohio-based janitorial product distributor and a Quebec, Canada-based distributor of paper goods and packaging materials.
Financial terms of the private transactions were not disclosed.
On Oct. 2, Imperial Dade marked its 74th acquisition under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, Chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively, by adding The Janton Company and G&L Supply.
Janton is a distributor of janitorial products throughout Ohio.
On Sept. 29, Imperial Dade announced the acquisition of Eugene Allard Produits d’Emballage et d’Entretien, a division of the Eugene Allard family of companies. The company — which has three locations in Quebec — has a 90-year operating history as a distributor of paper goods, packaging materials, and other safety and janitorial products.
This is the second Quebec-based distributor to be acquired by Imperial Dade in September. On Sept. 8, the company also announced the acquisition of Blainville, Quebec-based Ralik.
Janton and Eugene Allard Produits d’Emballage et d’Entretien customers can expect a greater offering of products and solutions, Imperial Dade officials said.
