Heritage Landscape Supply Group, Inc., a McKinney, Texas-based subsidiary of SRS Distribution, acquired two irrigation equipment and supply companies.

Heritage announced Friday it had acquired North Florida Irrigation Equipment, a family-owned distributor of irrigation, lighting, water features/pumps and other outdoor living products based in Jacksonville.

NFIE employs 30 people and operates locations in Jacksonville, St. Augustine, and Ocala. Matt Eaton will continue to lead the company’s employee base going forward, Heritage said.

Heritage also acquired Hewitt, Texas-based Irrigation Supply, a family-owned distributor of irrigation products and accessories.

Irrigation Supply operates a second location in Belton, with the ability to service a fast-growing segment of the Interstate-35 corridor.

Owner Jimmy Eubank is expected to continue to lead the company, Heritage said.
