The Gustave A. Larson Company, a Wisconsin-based distributor of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration products, acquired Progress Supply, Inc.
Financial details were not disclosed. Larson announced earlier this month it had closed the purchase in December.
Progress Supply is a multi-location HVAC and refrigeration distribution company in central and southwestern Ohio, southeast Indiana and northern Kentucky.
“This acquisition increases our presence in Ohio and Kentucky and means that we can now support more contractors in these areas with our extensive inventory and dedicated customer service,” said Scott Larson, president and chief operating officer. “Moreover, Progress Supply aligns with our Larson values and culture, and brings the same level of commitment and service to its customers.”
