Electrical, communications and data networking products distributor Graybar Canada, Halifax, Nova Scotia, announced Friday that it has completed its acquisition of Electro-mag Inc., including the JAD brand. Financial terms of the deal weren’t released.
Headquartered in Sherbrooke, QC., with locations in Drummondville, Quebec, Montreal, and London (ON), Electro-mag provides services and solutions via pneumatic, safety, sensing and automation product distribution. The company was founded in 1976 and has five locations across Canada, four of which are in the province of Quebec. As a subsidiary of Graybar Canada, the company will continue to operate under the Electro-Mag name with the same leadership team, employees and suppliers.

Graybar Canada is a subsidiary of Graybar Electric, which is headquartered in St. Louis.
