Illinois-based JanSan, foodservice and packaging supplies distributor Envoy Solutions announced Jan. 6 that it has acquired Flowood, Mississippi-based Delta Packaging & Supply. Financial details were not disclosed.
Delta Packaging & Supply works with manufacturers to offer direct pricing on industrial packaging products, custom poly bags and film, tapes, strapping, machines and other products.
Envoy Solutions said the deal is expected to expand its national footprint, especially in the Southeast region, where it has “established a strong and growing presence in packaging solutions.”

Last month, Envoy Solutions completed its 16th acquisition to end 2022. The company on Dec. 2 said it had acquired Scranton-based Pennsylvania Paper & Supply Company (Penn Paper). Aside from being a specialized distributor of facilities supplies, JanSan equipment and supplies, and industrial packaging solutions, Penn Paper’s iconic building is most famous for its appearance in the opening credits of the American version of the sitcom “The Office.”
