Infrastructure supplies distributor Core & Main continues its acquisition spree with the announced pending additions of ARGCO Northeast LLC and Eastcom Associates Inc. — both announced Oct. 9.
Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
ARGCO Northeast
Saddle Brook, NJ-based ARGCO Northeast is a distributor of fire protection products.
“The added expertise and knowledge the team brings will bolster our ability to deliver quality fire protection products and services to our valued customers,” Core & Main President Mike Huebert said in a news release.
The company provides the fire protection industry with an array of products and services from its sole New Jersey facility.
“We look forward to furthering our customers’ success with the additional resources Core & Main will provide, including expanded product and service offerings and new opportunities for associate career development, training and personal and professional growth,” ARGCO Northeast GM Richard Dehn said.
Eastcom Associates
Branchburg, NJ-based Eastcomm is a fellow single-location distributor of underground utility protection equipment.
“The Eastcom team brings a wealth of product and service knowledge in this growing product area for Core & Main, which will be a great addition to our existing product offerings,” Hubert
said in a news release.
Founded in 1972, Eastcom serves contractors and surveyors with damage prevention equipment in 13 states. Core & Main said the company earned a reputation for providing quality products backed with exceptional service.
“Eastcom has been committed to being a dependable partner to our customers for more than 50 years, assisting them with their damage prevention equipment, training and service needs,” Eastcom Associates GM Dennis Cinelli said.
