On July 27, Quakertown, Pennsylvania-based specialty component manufacturer Bracalente Manufacturing Group announced the purchase of Millennium Manufacturing to help bolster the company’s specialized CNC milling, turning and multi-spindle manufacturing capabilities as it expands its footprint to serve the aerospace, electric vehicle, electromechanical automation and tactical markets.
The undisclosed financial deal is part of Bracalente’s expansion initiative, with the addition of several multi-million-dollar automated machining cells, an expanded sales team and a culture of continuous learning and cross-training for the more than 130 employees stateside.
“We’ve increased our capacity to meet the demand of our customers. This deal strengthens our US presence with additional talent that specializes in our unique manufacturing offerings,” said Bracalente CEO and President Ron Bracalente in a July 27 press release.
Bracalente said it is committed to growing its manufacturing footprint, and expanding its impact through partnerships and opportunities in the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania.
Millennium Manufacturing manufactures Swiss and mill/turn CNC machining, multi-spindle machining and value-added assembly. It specializes in the production and design of high precision and quality components used in the electronics, medical, capital goods, instrumentation, and aerospace markets.
