Bunzl PLC on Monday announced that it has completed three recent acquisitions.
In January the company acquired Deliver Net, a health care distributor to care home groups in the UK, with 2020 revenue of £20 million (US$27.8 million).
In February, the company completed the acquisition of Disposable Discounter, an online distributor of foodservice disposable products, with 2020 revenue of £18 million (US$25.1 million).
Also in February, Bunzl completed the acquisition of Pinnacle, a distributor of cleaning and hygiene in Saskatchewan, Canada, with 2020 revenue of £11 million (US$15.3 million).
“All three businesses demonstrate our continued focus on growing Bunzl through the acquisition of high-quality businesses,” said Frank van Zanten, CEO of Bunzl. “Further, these acquisitions demonstrate Bunzl’s continued acquisition momentum, with our pipeline remaining active and discussions ongoing.”
