Bailey International, LLC has acquired hydraulic and pneumatic manufacturing company Hydrolico International Inc. Bailey is based in Knoxville, Tennessee, and is also a manufacturer of custom-engineered hydraulic components and electronic control systems.
Hydrolico’s headquarters in Québec and facilities in Montreal, Canada, and Walker, Michigan, will further strengthen Bailey’s North American infrastructure and help support customers globally, according to the announcement.
Financial details were not disclosed.
“Hydrolico’s advanced manufacturing capabilities will allow us to expand the services we can provide,” said Christopher Rowley, vice president of operations at Bailey. “By expanding Bailey’s engineering facilities in Canada, we will strengthen our support to our customers around the globe.”
Bailey is owned by EBSCO Industries, a Forbes Top 200 privately-owned company that has stewarded their expansion since their purchase in 2019.
