Headquartered in the city of Vicenza, DGM is privately owned and has 21 employees. The company’s customers are mainly industrial companies active in the Veneto region in the northeast region of Italy.
The company will become part of the service division within the Compressor Technique business area.
“DGM has built up a loyal customer base in their targeted market,” said Vagner Rego, business area president, Compressor Technique. “Through this acquisition we will get the opportunity to increase our service and sales presence in the important industrial region of Veneto.”
