Chesterfield, MO-based steel tubing manufacturer Bull Moose Tube Co. named its Chief Financial Officer John Krupinski as Interim CEO and CFO following the recent and unexpected passing of former company President and CEO Tom Modrowski.
Prior to 2020, when Krupinski started at Bull Moose Tube, he served as CEO and CFO at Jame Roll Form Products. He has also held CFO positions at various companies in the metals industry.
Bull Moose Tube is a subsidiary of Caparo Bull Moose.
“Tom was a thoughtful, influential and respected leader and will always be a part of the Caparo and Bull Moose Family,” said Caparo and Bull Moose Tube Chairman Ambar Paul said in a March 21 news release. “While none of us would have anticipated the need to make this appointment, John is an excellent candidate to step into the Interim CEO position. He has deep experience in, and thorough knowledge of, the metals industry and has worked side-by-side with Tom Modrowski to create the high performing team we have at Bull Moose Tube today.”
