FactoryLink, a Mount Vernon, OH-based manufacturer representative company that focuses on cutting tools, work holding, abrasives and metrology solutions, was acquired by Keith Brown — the company’s sales leader. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
An industry veteran, Brown has experience in sales and leadership roles with Fastenal, NTK Cutting Tools and Haydale Technologies. Brown has worked with FactoryLink for three years including his most recent position as VP of Sales and Marketing.
“The time is right, and Keith is the right person to lead the FactoryLink into the future,” FactoryLink President Mark Hauber said in a July 25 news release. “Keith has the product and marketplace knowledge, proven leadership and the passion for our industry to grow the company to the next level.”
FactoryLink, a technical sales and marketing company, sells through the Industrial Supply Chain. Its primary focus is on the manufacturing end-user.
