Compressed air supplier EXAIR acquired spray nozzle and spray systems manufacturer BETE in a move the companies say will enhance product offerings and customer engagement.
The combined market reach of the brands and engineering capacity will “drive innovation and product value to a worldwide network of customers, distributors, resellers and OEMs,” company officials said in a June 27 announcement.
Officials said the merger also will enable a diversified portfolio of products by integrating BETE’s technologies and engineering acumen with EXAIR’s knowledge of compressed air products to address a broader spectrum of market demands.
“This merger means improved service, new products and competitive prices,” EXAIR President Kirk Edwards said.
BETE President Tom Fitch added that the two companies are “committed to a seamless integration process.”
