Hydraulic and fluid connector products manufacturer and distributor Brennan Industries acquired Coterflex Industrial.
Terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed.
Brazil-based Coterflex Industrial is a manufacturer of specialized industrial solutions. The company serves customers across various industries, including aerospace, automotive and energy.
Through this acquisition, Brennan said it seeks to improve operational efficiency and broaden its geographic reach.
“Coterflex’s innovative solutions and strong customer relationships complement our existing offerings and allow us to better serve our customers with an expanded range of high-quality products,” Brennan Industries President & CEO David Carr said in a Nov. 19 news release.
Brennan said Coterflex’s management will remain in place, ensuring continuity and stability within the Brennan family of brands.
