Inc., Flint, MI, has made the following executive appointments and promotions: Marty Kenney has been named president of Shively Bros.; Chris Clarambeau has been name executive vice president; and Terry Bernelis has been named vice president of technical services.
Scott Shively will continue as CEO/COO for Shively Bros., which also has announced a restructured organizational chart.
