On Sept. 18, Highlands Ranch, Colorado-based Kodiak Building Partners announced that Jenny Vasquez has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources.
Vasquez is expected to oversee multiple HR functions, including evaluating people-related business strategies “through a top talent lens,” Kodiak said in a news release.
The company said she will concentrate on talent acquisition, engagement strategies, performance management, learning and development, employee relations and organizational effectiveness.
“Jenny’s promotion reflects her unwavering commitment to Kodiak’s values and goals,” said Steve Swinney, Kodiak CEO. “Her innovative ideas and ability to align HR strategies with our overall business objectives have been instrumental in propelling Kodiak forward. We are confident Jenny will continue to shape a thriving and collaborative work environment as she takes on this new role.”
Vasquez first joined Kodiak in 2017 as a Human Resources Director and Kodiak’s first hire in the HR department.
