Stellar Industrial Supply has announced that CEO John Wiborg will be the first man named to the Women Industrial Supply Executives Advisory Council.
“We are looking to expand W.I.S.E., its footprint and impact on the industry as we make further progress toward women’s empowerment in the industrial supply channel,” said Kathleen Durbin, founder of W.I.S.E., W.I.S.E. Advisory Council Chair, and CEO, General Industrial Tool & Supply Inc. “When speaking about women’s equality and overall diversity, I can’t think of a more well-respected industry voice than John Wiborg, who supported the formation of W.I.S.E. when we worked together on the ISA board 12 years ago. A wellspring of valuable insights and opinions, John will be an incredible addition to the Advisory Council.”
W.I.S.E is a part of ISA, the leading trade association that supports the industrial MROP channel. ISA members gain access to an array of tools to advance and help develop company and career, with core tracks including education, analytics, networking and advocacy.
