Crescent Electric Supply, East Dubuque, IL, has named Derek Schmidt senior vice president and chief financial officer. Schmidt replaces Jim Etheredge, who will retire after serving as the company’s CFO since 1985.
Schmidt was most recently vice president and general manager, transactional business, at HNI (formerly HON Industries).
