Wabtec Corp. (NYSE:WAB), Wilmerding, PA, has acquired Thermal Transfer Corp., Somerville, NJ, a supplier of industrial heat exchangers. Terms were not disclosed.
Thermal Transfer, which has annual sales of $25 million, manufactures heat exchangers and related components for a variety of industrial markets. The majority of its sales are in the U.S. and in the aftermarket.
