US LBM Holdings LLC, Green Bay, WI, has acquired Building Supply Association Inc., Powder Springs, GA.
BSA serves residential contractors in the new home construction and remodeling industry throughout Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee and Louisiana.
“This enables us to strategically serve the Atlanta area specialty contractor with exterior building supplies from BSA while simultaneously providing gypsum products through Rosen Materials," said L.T. Gibson, president & CEO of US LBM.
Mike Langston, Tim Bice and Beau Vineyard will continue leading BSA’s day-to-day operations along with the rest of their executive team.
