Electronic components distributor TTI Inc., Fort Worth, TX, a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary, completed its previously announced acquisition of RFMW Ltd.
RFMW is a privately held RF and Microwave specialty component distributor based in Silicon Valley, CA. RFMW will continue to operate under the RFMW brand name, reporting through the TTI Semiconductor Group (TSG). Company founder Joel Levine will remain as president of RFMW, reporting to TSG President Michael Knight.
