Troy Industrial Solutions, Watervliet, NY, has acquired Motors and Drives LLC, Milford, CT, a supplier of motors, drives and controls serving manufacturers in the U.S. and globally. Terms were not disclosed.
Troy, which provides industrial service, repair, supplies and maintenance support in the Northeast, will merge its newly acquired MDLLC assets with its Ansonia, CT, service center.
