Triad Technologies Acquires Mega Fluidline

Acquisition expands Triad's footprint in Northeast Ohio.

Triad Technologies LLC, Vandalia, OH, a distributor of fluid power and automation products, has acquired Mega Fluidline Products Inc., Akron, OH, to expand its Ohio footprint. Terms were not disclosed.

Mega Fluidline Products is a Parker Hannifin full-line fluid connector, hydraulic, pneumatic and seal products distributor.In addition to Akron, Mega has five locations serving Northeast Ohio.

Triad distributes hydraulic, pneumatic, electromechanical, filtration and lubrication from eight locations in Ohio.
