Triad Technologies, Vandalia, Ohio, a distributor of fluid power and automation products, has acquired Day Fluid Power, Goshen, Indiana, an authorized distributor of Parker Hannifin fluid connector and pneumatic products. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition expands Triad's geographic footprint and makes the Goshen location Triad's twenty-first ParkerStore.
