Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Acquires Anderson Seal

Acquisition increases company's presence in Midwestern U.S.

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions has acquired Anderson Seal LLC, New Berlin, WI. Terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition of Anderson Seal, which had 2015 sales of $17 million, further expands Trelleborg's delivery and service of seals, gaskets and custom-molded products. The acquisition will also significantly increase the company's presence in the Midwestern United States and accelerate its advanced delivery services.
