SRS Distribution has acquired Presta Contractor Supply, Erie, Pennsylvania, an independently owned distributor of roofing products & accessories, windows, doors, siding and other complementary products. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
“Presta perfectly complements our existing B&L Wholesale Supply branch in Erie and together we will create the premier building products distribution company in the market,” said Dan Tinker, president and CEO of SRS Distribution.
Presta owner, Tim Presta, will remain with the company and will continue to lead the business.
