SBP Holdings Acquires Dakota Fluid Power

The acquisition will form SBPs foundation in the fluid power repair and services industry.

SBP Holdings, Houston, TX, a holding company whose subsidiaries include Singer Equities and Bishop Lifting Products, has acquired Dakota Fluid Power, Sioux Falls, SD. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition will form SBP’s foundation in the fluid power repair and services industry, forming a third business vertical within the holding company along with its Industrial Rubber vertical, Singer Equities and its Rigging and Rental vertical, Bishop Lifting Products. With this addition SBP Holdings will increase its North America footprint to 74 locations.
