Fluid power distributor Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, Burbank, CA, has acquired Engineered Machinery Inc., Tualatin, OR. Terms were not disclosed.
"Our vision is to leverage EMI's advanced capabilities to take Ryan Herco's Value Added Services offering to a new level," said Chuck Moyer, CEO of Ryan Herco. "We will be able to immediately increase EMI's volumes in Pump Repair and Fabrication and, longer term, adopt EMI's processes to streamline the complementary service offerings at Ryan Herco."
