Riverside Acquires Drex-Chem

Acquisition is Riverside's first investment in Southeast Asia.

Private equity firm The Riverside Co. has acquired Drex-Chem Malaysia, a specialty chemical distributor based near Kuala Lumpur.

This is Riverside's first investment in Southeast Asia. The company anticipates growing Drex-Chem’s product and service offerings and expanding its geographic footprint.
