Industrial safety supply distributors Ritz Safety LLC, Dayton, Ohio, has acquired Safety Source Inc., Mobile, AL. Safety Source's operations include two sales and distribution centers.
The acquisition brings the total number of Ritz Safety sales and distribution centers to eight.
The acquisition continues to build Ritz Safety's position as a local, regional and national supplier to the industrial, agriculture, construction, mining, manufacturing, service, waste, oil and gas, ship building, and other industries. The two Safety Source facilities will continue to operate under the Safety Source name during the transition.
