Richards Supply Co., Fort Worth, TX, has acquired Manske Material Handling, Fort Worth, TX. Terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition creates a second Fort Worth location for Richards Supply, helping the company expand its client base and presence in the North Texas market.
Richards Supply has more than 50 employees across its three current locations. With the addition of Manske, Richards Supply will take on two additional full-time and one part-time personnel. The acquisition includes Manske’s primary product lines including wheels, casters, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and carts, as well as the company’s in-house fabrication capabilities for repairs and special and large orders.
