Reynolds and Son Inc., South Barre, VT, has acquired Plimpton Tool Co. Inc., Springfield, VT, according to Vermont Business Magazine. Terms were not disclosed.
“This acquisition will add 40 new cutting tool manufacturers to our existing cutting tool category," said Todd Goulette, president and owner of Reynolds and Son.
