Bearing and power transmission distributor Purvis Industries, Dallas, TX, has acquired substantially all the assets, brand rights, websites, personnel and intellectual property of Ready Bearing Supply, Lubbock, TX. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Ready Bearing serves customers in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Oklahoma and Kansas. The company will fill a key market for Purvis in West Texas.
