PIP Global Inc Acquires Hearos LLC

Acquisition solidifies company's position as a leading manufacturer of innovative ear plug technologies.

 PIP Global Inc., Latham, NY, has acquired California-based Hearos LLC, an innovator of ear plug technologies. Terms were not disclosed.

 “This is a very significant deal,” stated Joe Milot, President and CEO of PIP Global. “Together with the Hearos team, we are now a leading manufacturer of innovative ear plug technologies,” he adds, referring to Hearos’ state-of-the art, high capacity manufacturing facility.

 Hearos LLC will continue to operate out of its California location.
