ParkOhio Acquires UK Fastener Supplier

Acquisition of Heads & All Threads expands company's global presence.

ParkOhio Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: PKOH), Cleveland, OH, has acquired Heads & All Threads Ltd. (HAT), a Birmingham, England-based fastener supplier. Terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 1986, Heads & All Threads has annual sales of $35 million with operations in the UK, Czech Republic, Poland and India. End markets include construction, automotive and various EMS markets.
