Bearings manufacturer NN Inc. (NASDAQ: NNBR), Johnson City, TN, has agreed to acquire Precision Engineered Products Holdings Inc. for $615 million.
PEP is a global manufacturer of highly engineered precision customized solutions serving the medical, electrical, transportation and aerospace end markets. The company's sales for the 12 months ending June 30, including acquisitions, were $245.3 million, with approximately $180 million coming from the medical and electrical businesses.
