Memphis, TN-based gases and welding supplies distributor nexAir has acquired M&A Welding Supply Co., a distributor of welding and safety supplies with locations in Calhoun, Cartersville, Douglasville and Jasper, GA. Terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition, which doubles nexAir’s footprint in Georgia, is the company's third purchase since last fall. The company in September acquired Cal East Company Inc., Atlanta, GA, and in February acquired Welders Supply & Equipment Co. Inc., Montgomery, AL.
