MORSCO, a Fort Worth, TX-based distributor of commercial and residential plumbing, heating and cooling equipment, and pipe, valves and fittings, has acquired plumbing wholesaler DeVore & Johnson, Athens, GA. Terms were not disclosed.
The company, with four locations in Georgia, will continue to operate as DeVore & Johnson, a MORSCO Company.
