Morrison Supply Co., Fort Worth, TX, No. 8 on MDM’s list of top HVAC/plumbing distributors, has acquired El Paso, TX-based Western Wholesale Co. Inc. Western is a showroom and builder appliance business.
Morrison’s acquisition of Western expands the company’s footprint in West Texas and eastern New Mexico. Western will add to Morrison’s El Paso plumbing/HVAC branch and locations in Las Cruces and Alamogordo, NM. Western will be re-branded under the Morrison name but will retain current Western employees.
“We will expand the current showroom displays and add to Western’s current product offering with an extensive line of plumbing, appliances, door and cabinet hardware, and lighting,” said Stan Allen, president of Morrison.
