Industrial distributor Lewis-Goetz, Pittsburgh, PA, has acquired Advanced Sealing, a manufacturer of fluid sealing products.

Advanced Sealing serves refining, chemical processing, power generation and wastewater treatment facilities. The company has locations in Cerritos, CA, and Pascagoula, MS.

Lewis-Goetz has annual sales of $400 million.
