Japan-based Kyocera Corp. has agreed to acquire tool manufacturer, SGS Tool Co., Munroe Falls, OH, and its group companies. Terms were not disclosed.
SGS Tool will be renamed Kyocera SGS Precision Tools Inc. The acquisition expands the global reach of Kyocera's cutting tool business.
