Kodiak Building Partners, Denver, CO, has acquired AO Inc., Dallas, TX, a fabricator and distributor of doors, frames and hardware to commercial contractors for the office build-out market.

The acquisition supports Kodiak’s growth in construction markets for new office facilities and tenant improvement work.
