JPW Industries Inc., La Vergne, Tennessee, has acquired Baileigh Industrial Holdings, Manitowoc, Wisconsin, a marketer, manufacturer and distributor of metalworking and woodworking products. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, RMD, Baileigh designs and manufactures Baileigh-branded metalworking machinery. Baileigh’s operations will remain in their two current Wisconsin locations.
