Lyon, France-based IPH Group, a distributor of industrial supplies in Europe, has agreed to acquire Germany-based technical distributor KISTENPFENNIG AG.
KISTENPFENNIG, with sales of €80 million (US$88.2 million), has 24 sites in Germany and other sites in Luxemburg, Poland and Romania. The company will remain under the leadership of Sven Kistenpfennig, who will also lead integration into IPH.
