HD Supply Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: HDS), Atlanta, GA, will acquire A.H. Harris Construction Supplies, Hartford, CT, for $380 million. The transaction is expected to close in HD Supply's first fiscal quarter of 2018.
A.H. Harris Construction Supplies is a specialty construction distributor operating more than 50 branches across 12 states serving the northeast and mid-Atlantic regions. The company generated annual sales of $380 million over the last twelve months.
The purchase will enhance HD Supply Construction & Industrial – White Cap’s position in the northeastern United States.
