Gregory Poole Equipment Co., Raleigh, NC, has acquired Dougherty Equipment Company Inc. and VBS Inc. Material Handling Equipment, as well as certain assets of Briggs Equipment Inc. All three companies are Hyster and Yale dealers in the Southeast.
With the acquisitions, Gregory Poole has been appointed as an authorized dealer of Hyster and Yale lift trucks. It is now the Yale dealer in portions of North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia, and the Hyster dealer in most of Virginia and in portions of North Carolina, South Carolina and West Virginia.
