Fluid handling provider Graco Inc., Minneapolis, MN, will acquire four manufacturers: High Pressure Equipment, Erie, PA; White Knight Fluid Handling, Kamas, UT; GeoBlaster Equipment Sales & Services Inc., Ontario, Canada; and Multimaq-Pistolas e Equipamentos Para Pintura Ltda, Porto Alegre, Brazil. The combined purchase price of the four companies is $185 million.
Combined sales for the four businesses in the most recent 12-month period totaled $50 million.
“The acquisitions we are announcing today support our strategic growth plans to expand into new markets and geographies, while diversifying our portfolio of precision products for critical applications,” Patrick J. McHale, Graco’s president and CEO, said in a release.
