GHX Industrial Acquires Specialty Rubber & Gasket

Houston-based GHX Industrial LLC, a subsidiary of The United Distribution Group, has acquired Decatur, AL-based Specialty Rubber & Gasket.

Darrell Cole, president and CEO of The United Distribution Group, said the acquisition expands the GHX service area and complements the company's North American presence.
