Houston-based GHX Industrial LLC, a subsidiary of The United Distribution Group, has acquired Houston, TX-based Hose & Fittings, Inc. Terms were not disclosed.
Darrell Cole, president and CEO of The United Distribution Group, said the acquisition will expand GHX Industrial’s upstream market by offering services to "subsea and offshore customers."
